I have created this website in order to introduce my activities (especially on hiking and photography) and my hometown Petrinja - a town located in central Croatia as well as the to anyone who browses through the Internet and discovers this web-page.
You are welcome to visit my photo galleries and my Hiking Guide (YAMG) and the pages with notes from from travels and hiking trips.
These pages are based on petrinja.dyndns-home.com (former "petrinja.myphotos.cc") and hikers-blues.eu pages, established and maintained by me.
The name of the site is the combination of the name of the famous Gaulish warrior from the series of comics Adventures of Asterix (authors: René Goscinny, Albert Uderzo and Jean-Yves Ferri) and Croatian name of my hobby, mountaineering - "planinarenie".
There is more information about me on page About me, where you can find my short biography and the map of my location.
Many thanks to all good people about given suggestions, corrections, language advice, translations and lectoring (to my mum and Rene for French and to Vanda, Sanja V. and the others for English). Thanks to Đuro Priljeva and to my dad for given articles about Petrinja and Hrastovačka (AKA Hrastovička) Gora.
My site is non-commercial. The contents from the site authorised by me is not allowed to be copied and used for commercial purposes All rights that belong to me are reserved.
All comments are welcome. Please send them via Contact me.. or via another way (contact data are on the page About me).
